Scaling out your special corporate culture is a science and an art. It includes injecting trainable, sustainable and reproducible processes into a culture that is attractive, personalized and respectful. It must maintain bonds of loyalty, empowerment and ownership in a manageable and accountable structure. You can grow rapidly and successfully if the values, objectives and product/service offerings of the company are perceived as important in their own right, and fail if the company is built around a cult of personality, style or fad.
